SID understands that a purchase sometimes doesn’t always work out. We are happy to accept returns that are unworn, undamaged and retaining all original tags within 14 days of purchase.
We cannot accept items without these requirements. Once we receive your return, we aim to process your full refund within 7-10 business days.
Items must be returned in secure packaging (this does not have to be it’s original packaging).
Be sure to get proof of postage, insured delivery option as we cannot be responsible for items that have been lost in transit.
Once we have received the returned items and checked that the items have been returned in the required condition, a full refund will be made, or exchanged if requested.

Please peel off the return address label and attach it to your secured return package.
You are responsible for the cost of the return postage.
We highly recommend that you receive a proof of postage and take out additional insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost items in the post.
Once we have received the returned items and are happy that they are unworn, undamaged and retaining all original tags we will issue a refund or replacement for you.
