Our Shop Sid pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us.

Once you have selected your Sid pieces you will be asked for your email address, a delivery address and to pay for your items via PayPal. 

A standard UK delivery charge will be added to your purchase.

We will then confirm your order via your email address with an estimated delivery date.

Once your order has been dispatched for delivery we will contact you via your email with an estimated delivery time.

Please note every Sid piece is handmade in our London studio and undergoes meticulous checks throughout the making process, is hand finished to the highest standard and quality checked prior to dispatching. Therefore we are confident that your Sid will reach you in perfect condition.


If for any reason you want to return your Sids we will offer a full refund or exchange. We kindly ask if making a return that you let us know the reason by filling out our returns form so we can keep improving.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and retaining all original tags. We cannot accept items without these requirements.

Items must be returned in secure packaging (this does not have to be it’s original packaging)

Be sure to get proof of postage, insured delivery option as we cannot be responsible for items that have been lost in transit.

Once we have received the returned items and checked that the items have been returned in the required condition, a full refund will be made, or exchanged if requested.
